DESCRIPTION: This cabin is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the North Georgia Mountains. Densely wooded with huge hemlock and pine trees, as well as native mountain laurel and rhododendron, creating a beautiful canopy. Fall is one of the most beautiful times to visit the mountains -- the leaves are extraordinary. The cabin's location, at the confluence of the Toccoa River and Cooper's Creek, singles this out as the most unique property in the area. If you enjoy trout fishing (including fly-fishing), you'll be in the perfect spot to catch some beautiful trout. If you just need a getaway for relaxing, you can sit in the porch swing on the back deck and watch the river cascade down the white water into beautiful pools. The sound of the river, alone, is enough to encourage you to relax and rest in this serene setting -- add the colors of the leaves and it's paradise. Hammock provided. INCLUDES: Cabin Includes: linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc.. We will provide: Small soaps, initial supply of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent for two cycles, 4 garbage bags for the kitchen. Suggestions for guests to bring: Papertowels, garbage bags(if you will need more than 4) charcoal for grill if needed, starter logs for wood buring fireplaces, washing powders. |
